Report Rule Manager

Report Rule Manager - monitor, filter, and bulk control

Use Report Rule Manager to view all report rules across all clients, quickly find what you need with the advanced grid, and pause/run rules in bulk. Open any rule to review or edit its settings.

What you’ll see

  • All report rules in one grid with key columns (e.g., Client, Rule Name, Status, Schedule).
  • Status filters: Active, Inactive, Running, Paused.

How to use it

  1. Open Tools → Report Rule Manager.
  2. Filter by status (Active/Inactive/Running/Paused) and use the grid’s search, column filters, and grouping to narrow results.
  3. Select one or more rules and choose Pause or Run to apply actions in batch.
  4. Select and click the Edit button to jump into the rule and apply changes.
  5. Save updates; return to the grid to confirm the new status.

Tips

  • Use the grid’s grouping (e.g., by Client or Status) to audit coverage and quickly spot paused rules.
  • For planned changes, pause rules first, edit, then resume to avoid unintended distributions.
