Report Center - built‑in reports and custom designer

The OCL LIS Report Center provides a library of preloaded reports for results, orders, billing, and more. You can run these as‑is or use the integrated Report Designer to build custom outputs tailored to your workflows-such as requisitions, worksheets, patient invoices or specialized result reports.

What you can do

  • Run default reports by module: Results, Orders, Requisitions, Billing.
  • Filter and preview before printing or exporting (e.g., PDF, Excel—as enabled).
  • Use the Report Designer to create or clone and modify:
    • Requisitions and collection forms
    • Bench worksheets and worklists
    • Patient invoices and client statements
    • Result reports (department/test specific)
  • Save and organize.

Examples of built‑in reports

  • Result summaries, detailed patient result reports
  • Order and requisition lists, pending/STAT queues
  • Billing statements and invoices

📘 Instructions: Create or run a report

  1. Click Tools (header dropdown).
  2. Click Reports.
  3. In Report Center, double‑click a button to open its report options.
    • Double-click on the fax icon to generate a fax optimized version of the report.
    • Apply filters, Preview, then Print or Export as needed.
