Contacts Master File

The Contacts section can help in organizing contacts information within the LIS. Once a contact is created, you can associate to the following categories: Employers, Physicians, Patients, Clients, Attorneys, Salesmen, Reference Lab, Locations and Departments. Comments for this Contact can be added in the Comments section.

📘 Instructions

Follow the steps below to create Contacts.

  1. Click on Master Files
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. When the form opens, fill in the required fields marked with asterisks
  4. Click on the Add button to save
  5. It’s that simple.
