Add, Search or Edit Patient

The Master Files forms have three modes:

  1. New: add new record
  2. Search: allows to search for specific records, available search field will remain active and the rest of the field will become inactive
  3. View/Edit: by selecting a record from the grid the form will enter this mode automatically allowing the user to view the information and allow changes
  4. Note that the grid also has additional filters for more information on this see Advanced Grid

📘 Instructions

  1. When the form is open from Master Files/Patients it will default to New mode
  2. When the form is open from any other form it will default to Search mode
  3. You can also switch modes, Search Mode click on Search button then Find after the search criteria has been defined, go back to new by click on Clear
