Employees/Users

From the Employee Master File, you can manage your users. Complete all required fields and click the Add button. By default, users are created without access permissions. The LIS offers granular permissions per form, allowing you to grant users only the access they need for their daily work.

From the main menu, click Master Files, then Employees.

  1. Complete all required fields with *
  2. After the employee has been created click on Password button and create a temporary password
  3. Next click on Employee Permissions and decide what permissions this new employee will have
Notes
The user should change the password once he/she logs into the LIS.
